A Chicago judge has upheld a 29-month sentence and a fine of $250,000 for Conrad Black's sidekick, David Radler.

That's less than half the time to be served by his former boss for fraud and obstruction of justice.
Radler worked out the sentence with prosecutors in exchange for his testimony against Black.
